Photo update: November 14, 2006...As construction is progressing and many parts of the villas have already taken shape, we are inviting all interested clients to visit the area and the development, Male Rudine is the name of a picturesque village close to the development, with many old stone houses typical for Dalmatian islands. It is a good place to see the origins of the architecture used for villas as well.

As closeness to the sea is one of the main features of the location on which villas are being built, we are making available several photographs of the seaside area near villas. A walking path through the pine forest will take only couple of minutes to arrive to the small pebbled beach. There are massive flat rocks around the beach, ideal for sunbathing, but there is also a deep shade to be found underneath centuries old pine trees. The beach itself can easily accommodate villas residents and ensure privacy.
