In an exceptional and tranquil landscape of the island of Hvar we are creating a small luxury villa development.   "Villas Male Rudine" presentation ... Island Hvar is a place of a unique cultural and historical heritage. It is also an important tourist resort with a centuries-old tradition in tourism. Main attractions of Hvar, most known of Croatian islands, are pleasant climate, a lot of sunshine (2,715 hours of sunshine a year!), natural beauties, various accommodation facilities, gastronomic offer, sports and recreational opportunities, etc. Hvar is frequented both in the summer and winter months, and its very special climate favored the development of health tourism. On the property market, only Dubrovnik can be compared to Hvar regarding ROI figures. Croatia has been voted as the Number 1 destination for 2005 and according to the World Travel and Tourism Council, travel and tourism demand in Croatia is expected to increase by 6.9% per annum over the next ten years compared to the 4.2% annual average growth projected for the European Union.
